Daria Ryabokon


Mariinsky Theatre Guest Soloist

In 2018 Daria Ryabokon graduated from the Rimsky-Korsakov St Petersburg State Conservatory (class of Professor Larisa Tedtoyeva). While still a student, she performed the roles of Olga (Eugene Onegin), Lyubasha (The Tsar’s Bride) and Dorabella (Così fan tutte) at the Opera and Ballet Theatre of the St Petersburg Conservatory.

She made her Mariinsky Theatre debut in November 2018 as Mercédès (Carmen).

Has taken part in international productions of the opera Eugene Onegin, performing the role of Olga in Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. Has appeared under such conductors as Valery Gergiev, Vladimir Altschuler, Alexander Titov and Fabio Mastrangelo. Has collaborated with the composer Sergei Slonimsky.

Repertoire also includes: Polina (The Queen of Spades), Princess Charlotte (The Lefthander), Siébel (Faust), Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro) and Clara (Betrothal in a Monastery).
